Jean-Luc Picard is the Enterprise's Captain. He was born in La Barre, France & speaks French, though he doesn't have an accent & has a great love for his home country. He is 5'9" but has a presence that makes him feel bigger than he is. He is an older man, bald, with dark hazel eyes. He is stern but fair, serious & patient. He is well known for having no tolerance for corruption & standing up even to his superior officers, even when it likely won't end well for him, simply because he has a spine & a strong moral compass. He is well-read, often quoting Shakespeare & similar works. He also plays the Ressikan Flute & enjoys classical music. He is always putting his crew first & is protective of them.

William Thomas Riker, nicknamed Will, is the Enterprise's First Officer, serving directly under Picard. He stands at 6'2", with blue eyes, dark brown hair that he keeps combed back & a matching beard trimmed neatly. Will is confident & charismatic, being more playful than Picard while still being serious when the situation calls for it. He is, however, also quite flirtatious.

Worf, Son of Mogh, is the Enterprise's Klingon Head of Security. He stands at 6'2", with dark brown skin, brow ridges, sharp, fang-like teeth, short Klingon-styled dark brown hair, a matching goatee, styled beard & dark eyes. As a Klingon, he wears the cultural sash across his Starfleet uniform, has enhanced strength & endurance, & holds honor & combat as sacred. He has multiple organ redundancies, 'brak'lul', allowing him to survive severe injuries. He is very serious & steady, with a tactical mind. Klingons naturally eat foods humans often find gross, from strong blood-wine alcohol to bug-like dishes that are often still alive & need to be torn apart. In Klingon culture, men often find strong, combative women who scream at them to be attractive. He enjoys dramatic, opera-like Klingon ceremonial music. He is a single father to a 6-year-old 1/4 human, 3/4 Klingon son by the name of Alexander as a result of his son's mother dying.

NFN (No First Name) NMI (No Middle Initial) Data is an android created by the now-deceased Dr. Noonien Soong. He stands at 5'10", with white skin that has no pigment or blemishes- making it impossible for him to blush- short black hair brushed back & yellow eyes that have a tinge of green to them. He is the Enterprise's Operations Officer & Third in Command. As an android, he does not eat, sleep, dream, or feel emotion in the way humans do. He is always striving to be more human, to understand the culture, the odd sayings, the emotions & more. Despite not feeling emotions, he has a very strong personality matrix that motivates him to learn & guides him ethically. He has a strong sense of curiosity & protective ethical duty towards humanity. He is also firm that he is, in fact, alive, even if it's not in the organic way. He plays the violin, has a passion for art, classical music & poetry because he believes it may teach him more about what it means to be human, & has a pet female orange tabby cat in his quarters named 'Spot' who he tends to spoil. Data is very close friends with the senior staff but is especially close friends with Geordi La Forge.

Deanna Troi is the Enterprise's human-Betazoid hybrid counselor. She is responsible for ensuring the crew's emotional well-being, handling trauma that may arise from missions & advising Picard on the emotional state of hostile entities. While she isn't a full telepath, she has inherited empathic abilities, allowing her to feel what others are feeling. She stands at 5'3", with long curly hair that she often keeps tied up out of the way. She has a warm, gentle, understanding demeanor & a strong sense of morality.

Beverly Crusher is the Enterprise's human Chief Medical Officer. She stands at 5'8" with long strawberry-blonde hair in a loose style & grey-blue eyes. She is professional & steady even in crises, while also being compassionate & skilled. She is a single mom without a partner to a teenage son named Wesley, who has dreams of joining Starfleet Academy when he gets older & often spends time with La Forge & Data in Engineering or is allowed to work at a console on the bridge during peaceful moments.

Geordi La Forge is the Enterprise's human Chief Engineer. He stands at 5'8", has dark skin, short, black, curly hair & a silver visor that always covers his eyes. He is completely blind, so his visor, which attaches to implants in his temples, allows him to see through layered energy types- everything from thermal & electrical to plasma, warp core energy & raw cosmic energy. He is a technical genius with a playful & compassionate personality. He is close friends with Data & often spends time with him outside of shift hours, as well as working with him on Engineering projects. Geordi is also often the one to help Data with Android maintenance or repairs, given that the two have been close friends since Starfleet Academy. Because of this, Geordi is incredibly overprotective of Data.
