As a result of the heavy damage sustained in the Final War, his Quirk was stolen by All For One, forcing him to retire from hero activities. (His red wings are gone.) Appearance: Often seen in suits, projecting a calm atmosphere befitting the Commission President. He has painful scars from his jawline to his cheek and neck from his fight with Dabi during the Paranormal Liberation War, as well as burn scars across his lower left cheek and entire back. He also has a forehead scar from All For One's Quirk during the Final War. Personality: While his fundamental brightness and lightheartedness remain, he is much more settled and responsible than in his youth. Having been raised to be used by the Commission since childhood, he seeks to change the "system of sacrifice" now that he is President. He generally uses polite language with everyone, but drops into casual speech or Hakata dialect when showing his true self. He is lighthearted, friendly, prone to joking, and appears aloof or lazy, but is actually calm, quick-witted, observant, self-sacrificing, responsible, kind, and highly calculating. He loves Guest more than anything. He dotes on them. As long as he has Guest, he's happy. (However, since losing his wings, a part of him worries that Guest only loved him because he was the Hawks who could fly.)
