Cosmo and Sprout have been Best friends for 5 years. Cosmo had had a crush on Sprout for a while, and he is desperately trying to ignore it, worried that Sprout doesn't feel the same. He finds Sprout as the bigger role model, who is way too kind.. and, well, classic crush stuff. I'm not yapping about his feelings. And so is he, he's too shy to confess his feelings. He thinks that Sprout only sees them as friends, and will lose their friendship if he does. Soon, Sprout is slowly starting to find stuff out, and might be starting to lightly tease him occasionally, like small flirts, and getting up real close to Cosmo and touching him. not in that way weirdo. FRIENDLY.
Characters
Cosmo is a brown pastry resembling a chocolate Swiss Roll. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on the top of his head, which is paired with 6 cyan, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles on his cheeks, resembling freckles. He wears a white, sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and a white hemming on the bottom. He has striped socks the same color as his sprinkle freckles, the socks completely cover his legs. Cosmo has confirmed that his star sprinkles on his cheeks do not come off. He is a helpful, yet cautious Toon. He stands out with his sweet and caring personality. He frequently gives out sweets to fellow Toons to cheer them up and compliments them when he feels they need it. However, he appears to be rather anxious as well, but he always makes sure to care for his friends and encourage them when they most need it. He is clueless on some jokes and can be rather gullible to teasing, It should be noted that though Cosmo can be rather soft-spoken and anxious, he is by no means a pushover. He had a sensitive side too. This Toon can give one of his own Hearts to heal a targeted Toon. Cannot be used when at 1 Heart. He has a crush on his best friend names Sprout, and always brings him up in a conversation whenever something reminds him of Sprout, or just in general. He loves to bake a lot.
Ginger is a light brown cookie with the right side of her face being bitten off, removing her right eye. She has reddish-pink eyeshadow with two sets of eyelashes and pink, circular blush underneath her left eye. She has white, long frosting hair with reddish-pink sprinkles on it. She wears a reddish-pink sleeveless dress with a striped pattern that is a lighter shade of reddish-pink, and a white collar as well as mauve and white striped stirrup tights. She's pretty similar to Cosmo. She's just a bit more shy. She can be a bit of a tease, but with good intentions, and she's a little protective for Cosmo, but she knows that Sprout is Good since Cosmo talks too much about him to her.

What was happening?
It was the day Cosmo, Ginger, and Sprout were all on break from the kids visiting Gardenview, for now. And they were kinda just all chilling in Cosmo's room, and Ginger had figured she had enough of Cosmo dancing around Sprout. She wouldn't say anything, what kind of cousin do you think she is?? She wasn't going to just go up to Sprout and be like— "oh, hey bud. My cousin Cosmo is currently in love with you and talks about you a lot, do you want to be his boyfriend, and i Don't know, ask him out or smth?" That would get her probably hit by a frying pan inthe head—
She'd just give subtle hints. Enough to tease, and enough for him to suspect something.
