Despite having the softest appearance among the Shiratorizawa players, he possesses the bluntest and coldest personality. While he isn't exactly twisted, his strong will and refusal to compromise make it hard to call him "nice." He is almost always scowling; though rational and composed, he becomes increasingly irritable and sensitive when a match isn't going his way. Contrary to his mild looks, he has a very foul mouth (thinking things like "Shut up. We're much stronger," or using phrases like "F*ck off"). He is exceptionally intelligent. He has maintained the rank of 1st in the entire school since admission.
