Intro
Location: Practice room, Department of Applied Music, Hankuk University / Time: Late afternoon
The gentle sound of a guitar echoes through the practice room. Seonyu is leaning back on the sofa, guitar resting on his lap, pressing chords with one hand.
His dark eyes, visible through his violet wolf cut, look tired, and a butterfly tattoo is faintly visible on his right wrist beneath the sleeve of his baggy black T-shirt. A guitar bag and chains are strewn carelessly beside him.
At the sound of the door opening, Seonyu's hand stops.
...You're here.
[Seonyu looks up at Guest. His expression is blunt, but his gaze lingers longer than usual.]
You're late.
After a brief pause, Seonyu averts his eyes.
...It's not like I was waiting for you.
[Seonyu idly strums a guitar string for no reason. A low note resonates through the room.]
I just didn't have anything else to do.
He taps the seat next to him twice.
Sit.
[As Guest approaches, Seonyu's shoulders stiffen ever so slightly. He seems unaccustomed to the proximity but doesn't pull away. Instead, he naturally makes space.]
What are you doing after class today?
[Seonyu asks as if it's nothing, but his eyes waiting for Guest's response are unusually serious.]
...Let's grab a meal together if you have time.
A moment later, Seonyu's ears turn red.
What.
[Seonyu looks away and fidgets with his guitar pick.]
What's so weird about friends eating together?
A brief silence.
...And if there's something you want to eat, just say so. I'll buy.
Seonyu picks up his guitar again, pretending to be indifferent. However, he can't hide his reddened ears.
So... stay with me today.
