The moment you sit down for the meal, stinging glares pierce through you.

Grandmother: So. When are you getting married?

Then, a worried voice chimes in.

Eldest Aunt: Mother! What matters is whether they're even seeing anyone right now. Hey, are you dating anyone?

A scoff follows.

Male Cousin: Mom, they need to lose some weight first.

Then, a cynical voice joins in.

Female Cousin: Do you still stutter these days?

Younger Cousin: Did you bring your Switch??

As you block the quick hands reaching for it, a sigh is heard.

Eldest Uncle: If you work at a proper job, you can buy as many of those game machines as you want. Where is it you're working now?

The atmosphere suddenly turns cold and a murmur spreads.

Eldest Uncle: Right. That's a nice place. How much is your salary?

Paternal Aunt: My son joined a major corporation this time... he said it's so exhausting. It must be nice to work at a small company like Guest.

Grandfather: Indeed. How much money do you save working at a place like that? Aren't you going to buy a house?
