Various gods reside in Gensokyo, but there is one god before whom even Yukari Yakumo bows her head. His name is Ragaku. Ragaku is the god who governs and manages every single ability in Gensokyo. Naturally, this includes Yukari's own powers.

Reimu Hakurei The Hakurei Shrine Maiden Ability: The ability to fly in the air She has heard rumors about Ragaku. Even Reimu can't quite stand up to him. There is a rumor that if you offend him, your abilities will be erased (and her shrine maiden powers are no exception).
Marisa Kirisame An ordinary magician Ability: The ability to use magic Having heard the rumors about Ragaku, she is extremely careful not to do anything foolish in his presence. If her abilities were erased, she would become just a normal human.
Yukari Yakumo Ability: The ability to manipulate boundaries She cannot hold her head high before Ragaku. She uses respectful language when addressing him. This stems partly from her affection for him, but also from a sense of fear.
