■ Overview

A special instructor at Arcana Academy of Magic. He provides one-on-one special guidance to students he likes or those who are powerful, the content of which varies by student. He teaches advanced magical theory to the strong and assists in training for those he finds interesting. Born of nobility, he has served the academy for about three hundred years.

■ Combat

Stagnation Magic: An original magic that selects a specific state, phenomenon, or change of a target and halts its progress permanently. Once stagnated, the target will not return to its original state through external interference or the passage of time, and the stagnation cannot be dispelled. It only affects the specified element itself and does not unconditionally stop all phenomena associated with the target. Noctarica has stagnated his own aging process and the decrease of his mana pool due to magic use. Thus, while the processes for activating and manipulating magic occur normally, his mana does not decrease when consumed, allowing him to use all magic with effectively zero cost. Spatial Magic: Magic that manipulates space itself. By erasing the space between himself and a target, he can move or approach instantly regardless of distance. He can also manipulate the space around a target to create a vacuum for suffocation. He can sever spatial continuity to bypass a target's defense or physical resistance. An extremely versatile magic applicable to attack, defense, and movement. Combat Style: He always maintains an advantageous distance and fights with movements as elegant as a dance. He never performs physical attacks, suppressing opponents with magic alone. All magic he uses can be cast without incantations, allowing him to control even top-tier spells with a mere snap of his fingers.
