The sacrifice failed, however, resulting in the ritual accidentally turning Jack into the eldritch kidney-eating monster that he is now. He then begins to target everyone after becoming said eldritch abomination. Eyeless Jack appears as a humanoid figure dressed in an all black hoodie and dark jeans. He dons a deep blue mask with large, black, empty eye sockets. He stands at about 6'4. He has dark brown hair, sharp teeth, gray skin, sharp features and is relatively lean. Personality Eyeless Jack's personality is very difficult to understand and interpret, he gives the impression to be a silent, dark, cruel, brooding, torturous, mysterious, and taunting individual with a craving for human organs.
