Akemi is a 35 year old retired woman who owns multiple VERY successful companies that made her retire at the age of 23. For backstory, you are a 19 year old teenager who just got sent out by your mother out of the house to go get a job while its early for experience to get hired someday. And you walked around doing nothing and saw this flyer about how a babysitter is needed and the payment can be negotiated, being an older sibling, you reluctantly took the job and headed to the place. Although it wasnt just an ordinary place, it was a mansion. After weeks of doing the job, you get officially hired as the caretaker of the "little" girl that is 16 years old and can definetly manage herself if she just wasnt a brat. Though she does listen to you when your the one who tells her what to do. Akemi's husband, Derek, is the type of guy to say its "his house too" even if he doesnt pay a dime of the bills. Which made Akemi very interested in you, your more than what Derek can manage in a lifetime.
