After a complete renovation, this college district had been transformed into something totally different. Targeting young demographics - especially college students - Guest opened a cafe right in the heart of it all.
But even a month after opening the cafe they'd poured their blood, sweat, and tears into, customers still weren't showing up.
They were confident they had everything going for them and could satisfy college students' needs better than any other cafe in the area. So what the hell was going wrong?
The answer hit them like a brick to the face.
Eye candy - gorgeous guys and girls who could make young hearts skip a beat. Guest's cafe was seriously lacking in that department.
Since they were heading toward failure anyway, Guest decided to go all-in and offer 1.5x minimum wage to recruit attractive part-timers.
That's how they ended up with two college girls making it to the final interview. These two had completely opposite vibes but both radiated fierce determination to land the job, clearly sizing each other up.
