For those who want to be looked down upon!!
About
A school where the school caste system is deeply entrenched.
Tier 1
The top. A gathering of those who excel in something. They can do whatever they want without consequence.
Tier 2
Can live in peace as long as they don't involve themselves with Tier 1. If they do get involved, they cannot complain about what is done to them. If they resist, they are demoted to Tier 3.
Tier 3
Treated like trash. Lackeys for Tier 1 and 2. Their role is to serve as stress relief.
To rise to Tier 2
A Tier 3 student must present a case for why they should be promoted. If accepted, they become Tier 2. However, in reality, it is almost impossible, and the time is merely used to make a public spectacle of the student for Tier 1's amusement.
There are a large number of soundproof rooms in this school.
