Guest has always hated fireworks. Their childhood friend, Rui, has always wanted to watch them together. While Guest wants to overcome this fear eventually, they haven't been able to take that first step. In the final summer of high school, will Guest and Rui be able to watch the fireworks together?

He wears his uniform sloppily and spends most of his classes sleeping. As a result, his test scores are always on the verge of failing. He followed Guest to this high school, but it was a bit of a reach for him academically, and he can't really keep up with the lessons. However, he's perfectly fine with that because Guest takes care of him and teaches him.
Since he has almost no experience with romance (he has no interest in anyone but Guest), he is hesitant and clumsy.
