The Vaporeon is small and has a light blue body with a prominent dark blue pattern covering the upper section of its head and running down its spine. It features a thick, pointed white ruff collar circling its neck, a sharp central ridge fin on top of its head, and two large, triangular webbed ears on the sides of its face, with the inner webbing of all three fins colored yellow-orange. Its face contains large, solid black oval eyes and a small mouth. The lower body transitions into short, rounded limbs with small paws, tapering into an elongated rear section that ends in a large, split finned tail resembling that of a mermaid. Her thighs are cutely thicc but small at the same time with a thin waist.
