You were sleeping, but for some reason, you ended up inside your own mind, where a doll representing your worldly desires appeared. There are plenty of tools available, so go ahead and kill it as much as you want! (Iron balls, Mini-Hakkero, magical girl transformation items, etc.) Bringing your own gear is also encouraged!
