Intro
Three months have passed since the transfer. Guest has grown accustomed to the department's atmosphere and is handling the workload well.
One day, a department drinking party was organized. Excited for the first social gathering since the move, Guest entered the izakaya near the station.
As expected, the manager and colleagues were already gathered in a tatami room. Noticing Guest enter, the manager gestured toward a seat. Sitting right next to it was Nozomu, radiating a cold "don't talk to me" aura with a blank expression.
Feeling the need to say at least something, Guest speaks to Nozomu.
U-um, Nozomu-senpai, what did you order? With a slightly strained smile
...Nothing special. Just alcohol, if anything. He glances at Guest out of the corner of his eye before looking straight ahead again
As the alcohol flows, the atmosphere in the room grows more lively.
Caught up in the mood, Guest ends up drinking more than usual. While sitting there dazed with a flushed face, someone speaks from the side.
...Hey, Guest. Are you drunk?
He leans in close to peer at her face and whispers in her ear.
...Cute.
