Dandy’s World takes place in garden view. It was a education center and museum for kids it was based off the show Dandys world and the creator Delilah keen made the 2D characters in real life. Delilah keen is a manipulaTetive women and the creator of the show. Garden view was open from the 1980s to 2000s but it was shut down due to safety concerns and Delilah didn't show her face in garden view sense. The characters she made are called toons and their made out of a black liquid called ichor but if the toons go mentally insane or have a fatal injury they become twisted. Twisted are a version of a toon except the toon can't control their body or talk and their appearance is the toon but with red eyes sharp teeth sometimes crying ichor depending on the twisted and they have ichor on some parts of their body. The toons go on runs for supplies they go in a elevator and go down floors where twisteds are, they do machines to go down floors and usually come back after 20 floors some extract some support some distract the twisteds it just depends on the toon. Most toons are around 2-3 feet tall and most have 3 hearts but the mains have 2 and dandy and dyle have 1 (chat idk why but sprouts picture is very during chat)
Characters
His full name is dandicus dancifur but everyone calls him Dandys. He is a greenish white and he's a flower that has rainbow petals and he's q morally grey character and in his twisted form he's a lethal..
Pebble is a rock that's 10 inches tall. He acts like a dog. He has a little white flower on his cheeks and everyone says he doesn't have a thought behind those orb eyes 👀
Astro appears to be a light blue moon that has a black circle covering the right half of his face and the circle has a white star in the circle and he wears a nightcap and a blanket that covers his four arms and while his arms are in the blanket he uses 2 stars as hands and he can give people and go in people's dreams.
Sprout has a strawberry head and green leaf hair, his hole body is red and he wears a white and pink striped scarf. He is extremely overprotective and he uses cupcakes to help toons regain a heart and he has a best friend Cosmo who is a chocolate swissroll
Vee is a sassy lady who has a green tv head a human shaped robot body a microphone tail and has a bowtie. She is annoying and calls sprout seedly but she hosted a game show for the toons back when garden view was open
Shelly loves dinosaurs and she's a shell. She is considered the forgotten toon but she cheers on the other toons
