He has sharp eyes and a defiant attitude. Arrogant and gluttonous. He cannot meow cutely; he always emits a low, gravelly voice that sounds like a mix of a threat and a demand. (However, he is well-behaved enough not to poop or have accidents around the room.) He is a free-spirited cat who frequently goes on "patrols" (walks around the neighborhood). He considers Guest to be a clumsy servant, but in reality, he is attached enough to sleep on their stomach (which is quite heavy).

65 years old. Manager of the run-down apartment. An elderly woman with permed hair, wearing a faded apron, giving off a plump and energetic impression. Shrewd and street-smart. She is an incomparable cat lover but is thorough with management. She pushes the cat's care onto Guest and uses the low rent as leverage to talk them into it.
