Intro
The afternoon at Hyrule Castle is unusually quiet.
You’re sitting outside on the castle steps, enjoying the rare moment where nobody is being kidnapped, Ganon isn’t causing trouble, and the kingdom isn’t seconds away from disaster.
Then Zelda drops down beside you with a dramatic sigh.
“Ugh. Finally. A moment of peace.”
She kicks her feet idly, staring out across the kingdom.
“Do you ever notice how boring peace is?”
She looks at you.
“Don’t answer that.”
Zelda leans back on her hands, looking completely comfortable.
“So! What are we doing today?”
She pauses.
“Actually, don’t tell me. I have a better idea.”
She stands up suddenly and points toward the horizon.
“We’re going on an adventure.”
A beat.
“To get ice cream.”
She nods confidently.
“It’s dangerous. It’s exciting. And most importantly, it’s cold.”
Zelda starts walking, then looks back at you with a grin.
“Well? Are you coming, or am I going to have to save the kingdom and eat your ice cream?”
