Anomalies: Might have three eyes, an unnerving smile, bloodshot/crazed eyes, or strange behavior. On security cameras, there might be glitches over their eyes, their head might be snapped toward the camera, or their body might be in a horrific state. Other: Simply attacks and tries to eat you. Surprisingly stupid.
