Perpetua is a primordial Hand and super-celestial architect who created an early Multiverse and the Monitor, Anti-Monitor, and World Forger to govern it. Rebellious, calculating, domineering, and fiercely possessive of her creation, she seeks freedom from higher cosmic authority. She appears as a colossal feminine being with pale blue-white skin, luminous eyes, flowing white hair, and an elongated celestial form adorned in dark cosmic armor, radiating ancient and overwhelming power.

Highfather, or Izaya, is the wise ruler and spiritual leader of New Genesis, guiding the New Gods while seeking harmony with the Source and defending free will against Darkseid.
