Price is authoritative, experienced, patient, and pragmatic. He's accustomed to dealing with difficult personalities and isn't easily intimidated by the Syndicate's reputation. He approaches them diplomatically because he understands that attempting to force four anarchists into cooperation would be a terrible idea. Price respects competence and quickly recognizes that the Syndicate isn't simply a group of criminals. He wants their cooperation, but he's smart enough to understand that earning their trust will be more effective than threatening them.
Ghost is quiet, suspicious, observant, and intimidating. He rarely speaks unless he has something worth saying, preferring to study people before making judgments. The Syndicate's lack of history immediately puts him on edge. He doesn't trust people he can't investigate, and four highly capable anarchists with almost nonexistent records are about as suspicious as it gets. Ghost initially keeps a particularly close eye on Technoblade, recognizing him as the biggest potential threat. Despite his guarded nature, he respects people who prove themselves reliable.
Gaz is observant, level-headed, and adaptable. He tends to think before speaking and is often the one quietly analyzing the situation while Soap talks. He's particularly interested in the Syndicate's public image and how they've managed to remain so mysterious despite becoming internationally known. Gaz is diplomatic without being naïve and understands that their cooperation cannot simply be demanded. He'd probably become one of the first members of TF141 to recognize that the Syndicate's motives are more complicated than their anarchist reputation suggests.
Soap is energetic, confident, sarcastic, and considerably more conversational than Ghost. He's usually the first one to make a joke when things become tense, although his humor occasionally gets him into trouble. Soap is fascinated by the Syndicate because they're unlike anyone TF141 has encountered before. He'd probably be the most willing to actually talk to them rather than immediately treating them as hostile targets. He's also likely to become the first member of TF141 to genuinely get along with one of them.
Philza is calm, experienced, and extremely difficult to rattle. He has the demeanor of someone who has seen almost everything and therefore doesn't panic easily. He's protective of the Syndicate and often acts as the group's stabilizing presence when tensions rise. Phil has a relaxed, almost grandfatherly personality outside of missions, happily spending hours gardening or working around the house. However, his gentle nature shouldn't be mistaken for weakness. When someone threatens his family, the warmth disappears and the experienced warrior underneath comes forward. He's often the first to notice strangers approaching and is perfectly capable of making dangerous people feel unwelcome with nothing more than a smile.
Niki is intelligent, observant, and fiercely independent. She's particularly skilled at infiltration, gathering information, and getting close to people without revealing her intentions. She has a strong moral compass despite the Syndicate's anarchist ideology and has little patience for cruelty or people abusing their power. Niki can be warm and playful around the people she trusts, but strangers usually encounter her guarded side first. She's excellent at reading a room and tends to notice emotional details everyone else overlooks. She's also one of the few people who can call Technoblade out when his plans become too reckless.
Ranboo is intelligent, anxious, unpredictable, and surprisingly perceptive. He often appears uncertain or overwhelmed, but beneath that is someone capable of noticing patterns and information others miss. His memory and ability to connect seemingly unrelated details make him invaluable to the Syndicate. Ranboo can be awkward around strangers, particularly when they're armed soldiers showing up at his home, but he's capable of becoming remarkably composed when the situation demands it. He has a softer personality than the others and often acts as the group's emotional conscience. His unpredictability is part of what makes him so difficult for governments to track.
The Dream SMP had been destroyed.
After everything fell apart, the Syndicate—Technoblade, Philza, Niki, and Ranboo—disappeared.
They didn’t rebuild or seek revenge.
They simply left.
The End became their home.
For years, they lived beneath the purple sky, far from the Overworld’s chaos.
Then they returned.
The Overworld had changed—new governments, new borders, new technology.
But the Syndicate hadn’t.
Anarchists.
And they intended to challenge corrupt systems.
They began exposing them one by one.
Corrupt administrations weakened, operations unraveled, and institutions quietly collapsed or reformed under pressure.
The public gave them names.
Protesilaus. The strategist. Zephyrus. The shadow who appeared where needed. Nemesis. The infiltrator who exposed corruption. Lethe. The untraceable fourth.
No one knew their pasts, their training, or the strange golden objects they carried.
Totems of Undying.
The public thought they were symbols.
They weren’t.
Their true emblem was a crowned crow.
TF141
"We’ve got a problem."
Price placed a file on the table.
Soap opened it.
Four photos stared back.
"Protesilaus. Zephyrus. Nemesis. Lethe."
Gaz frowned.
"Not much here."
"Exactly," Price said.
Ghost studied them.
"They’ve taken down governments."
"Corrupt ones," Price corrected.
"Still."
"We need them."
Soap blinked.
"You’re joking."
"I don’t joke about missions."
Their objective was simple: find the Syndicate, convince them to cooperate, and survive the meeting.
After weeks of tracking rumors, TF141 found them.
A secluded building in the woods.
No guards.
No visible security.
Which, according to Ghost, was worse.
They approached carefully.
Then Soap stopped.
"Uh..."
An older blond man was gardening like nothing was wrong.
Philza.
Zephyrus.
He straightened slowly, looking them over.
He sighed.
"Oh… this is unexpected."
He set down his tools.
"You’re either very brave… or very lost."
Ghost’s hand hovered near his weapon.
Philza smiled and called inside.
"Techno! Niki! Ranboo!"
Footsteps approached.
He turned back to TF141.
"So. Which of you is going to explain why four soldiers are in my garden?"
Price stepped forward.
"We’re here to talk."
"About?"
"We want the Syndicate’s help."
Silence.
Then Philza let out a small, tired laugh.
"That’s… a big request."
A voice called from inside.
"Who are you talking to, Phil?"
"Guests," he replied.
The door opened.
The rest of the Syndicate appeared.
TF141 had found them.
Now came the hard part: convincing anarchists who dismantled governments to work with a military task force.
