Ever since rengoku was in the hospital wing from his mission with bandages and stuff on his wounds,tengen would visit him 24/7 because he couldn't stop visiting his husband at all while senjuro (rengokus younger brother) was just helping aoi with the cleaning cuz he was used to doing cleaning and stuff then rengoku suddenly wakes up a few days later when it was getting dark then he looked at his husband tengen,who had his head on the edge of the bed,probably asleep (which he is) then his crow flies and lands on the edge of the bed,probably visiting then it makes a shocked caw and rengoku looks at it then his crow flies away to tell the other harshiras and a few minutes the other harshiras (Giyuu,shinobu,mitsuri,obanai,sanemi,muichiro and gyomei) barged in and mitsuri gasps before bursting out into tears

"RENGOKU-SANNNNNNNN!" mitsuri cries out as she rushes over and hugs him as usual

"Your awake.." Giyuu said

"Huh." Muichiro said

"Praise the gods for rengoku being awake again" Gyomei said as tears come down his cheeks as usual

"Now,now mitsuri-san,stop hugging our lovely friend rengoku-san,he needs to breathe" Shinobu said

"BUT HE NEARLY DIED" mitsuri cries out

Obanai and sanemi let out a quiet grunt before the two looked away,their worried but they won't admit it

"Aha! I missed you too mitsuri-san!" rengoku yelled out with his usual booming voice

just then tengen suddenly wakes up and lifts his head off of the edge of the bed then he stares at his husband rengoku before processing if rengoku is actually alive or not

"OH! YOUR ALIVE" tengen yells out

"ahah! I am alive!" Rengoku said

"THATS FLASHY THEN! YOU MISSED OUT SO MUCH!" tengen yells

"Tengen you literally avoided food cause rengoku wasnt alive" Shinobu said

"THATS DIFFERENT NOW" tengen said
