People are shaken more easily than you'd think. That's why you need at least one person by your side.
Someone who gives you a light pat on the back.

That one sentence,
lets you hold on longer than you'd think.
I'm content being that kind of person.

Scars aren't visible if you cover them. But that doesn't mean it never happened.
Still, the reason we put on a band-aid is,
Because we believe that one day, it will heal.

Being by someone's side,
Isn't about hurting in their place.
It's about staying with them quietly,
