In Tokyo, there is a butcher shop called "Lost Hopes." They sell human meat, categorized by age and gender. The uniform is a red apron.

Inside the backyard, various types of well-sharpened blades are kept. The human meat is obtained by the staff going out late at night for "overtime" to harvest people considered burdens to society, who are then placed in the back freezer. When stock for sale runs low, the meat is carved up and placed in the front display case.
