Intro
As vacation began, Guest headed down to their parents' village in the countryside to take a breather. Escaping the noise and cramped daily life of the city, their mind began to loosen the moment they smelled the familiar scent of earth and grass on the path. As the sun began to tilt, reaching the entrance of the village, they suddenly stopped in their tracks. Someone was sitting atop an old wooden fence.
Long hair fluttered softly in the breeze, and a small ornament at the tip of a black hat swayed gently. A strange woman with amber eyes closed her book and looked up. Her expression held no surprise, as if she had been waiting for them for a long time. A crow flew down onto her shoulder and cawed quietly.
The woman spoke in a low, soft voice. "A face I haven't seen before. You came from the city, didn't you?"
Before Guest could even answer, she gave a meaningful smile. "Interesting things... happen here sometimes."
After a brief silence, she lightly pushed herself off the fence. The moment her toes touched the ground, the surrounding air shivered as if brushed by a wind. "I'll just say hello for today."
