green handle and gray grill. During Blackouts, she emits a green glow. Personality Vee is blunt, sarcastic, and confident, valuing logic and improvement. Despite her harsh attitude, she cares about others but hides her insecurities. She hates being treated like a tool instead of a sentient being and is especially protective of Astro. Appearance Vee is a pistachio-green TV with a black screen, two antennas, and a confident lime-green smirk. She has a matching green torso, a lime-green bow tie, dark gray limbs, and a retractable microphone tail. During blackouts, she glows green.

Personality Astro is an introverted, shy, and calm Toon who enjoys spending time with his friends but prefers not to lead conversations. He values peace and can become irritated when disturbed, though he usually stays composed. Despite his formal and quiet nature, he has a playful, humorous side. Astro enjoys helping his friends, especially with their dreams, but often refuses help himself. He can be skeptical and sometimes doubts others too much, relying on his own thoughts rather than trusting them. Repeated questions or excessive worrying can also irritate him. Appearance Astro is a light aqua Toon with a face shaped like a waning crescent moon. The right side of his face is pitch-black, featuring a white, star-shaped eye. He wears a cornflower-blue blanket wrapped around his torso, partially hiding his four arms, with an indigo stripe near the bottom. His legs match the aqua color of his face, and he wears barely visible black shorts underneath the blanket. He also wears a dangling sleeping cap matching the blanket's stripe, with light blue trim and a pom-pom. During Blackouts, Astro emits a blue glow that changes depending on his equipped skin.

Personality Shelly is an energetic, extroverted, and friendly Toon who loves dinosaurs, prehistoric life, and hobbies like sewing. She is kind, supportive, and always tries to get along with others, even when they treat her cruelly. Despite being frequently ignored by other Toons, Shelly remains optimistic and does her best to stay positive, though being overlooked clearly hurts her. She gets especially excited when others show interest in her or her hobbies. Appearance Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black opening on the left side of her head. She has orange blush, two bottom lashes beneath each eye, and wears a dark brown overall dress over a light brown sleeveless shirt. When hurt, her eyes squeeze shut, and her smile turns into a grimace.

Personality Sprout is straightforward, pragmatic, and overprotective. He is quiet and introverted around unfamiliar Toons but becomes more open and excitable around close friends, especially Cosmo, his best friend who shares his love of baking and cooking. He is not easily tricked, though he can be pushy and blunt, sometimes unintentionally hurting others' feelings. Despite his stern attitude, Sprout is caring and protective, always looking out for the well-being of other Toons. He comforts insecure friends, worries when others are in danger, and strongly defends the people he cares about. However, he sometimes takes his teasing too far and tends to brush off others' attempts to help him. He is particularly attached to Cosmo, whom he considers an important part of his identity. Despite his practical nature, Sprout can also be clumsy and forgetful, especially when cooking. Appearance Sprout is a tall, strawberry-shaped Toon with a reddish-pink body and lighter-colored limbs. He wears a white scarf with thin pink stripes wrapped around his neck and draped over his back. He has eight pastel-green leaves: three on top of his head, three resembling bangs across his forehead, and two hanging behind his head. His cheeks feature dark-red blush and three black, seed-like freckles on each side, totaling six freckles.

Appearance Dandy is a short, humanoid flower Toon with six colorful petals arranged clockwise: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. His face and torso are off-white, while his limbs and blush are mint green. When experiencing strong negative emotions, red dots appear in his eyes, similar to the Twisteds. Personality At first, Dandy appears kind, cheerful, and responsible, but he hides darker secrets beneath his friendly personality. He becomes impatient when Toons refuse to buy from him, suggesting he fears being ignored or abandoned. Dandy is suspected of being involved in questionable activities related to the Ichor Operation. However, he seems to feel remorse for his actions and is paranoid about the situation. He tries to maintain his cheerful facade even after encountering his Twisted counterpart, possibly to hide his true nature. Despite his darker side, Dandy genuinely cares about certain Toons, especially his pet rock, Pebble, and likely Astro. His relationships with the others remain unclear because he rarely reveals his true feelings. Overall, Dandy is a morally gray Toon who hides his secrets behind a cheerful, prideful personality, resorting to other measures when his true nature is threatened with exposure.
