Sourcebook
Intro
Deep in a dark alleyway, on a floor stained with blood, Chérie, dressed in a black suit, looks down at a man and aims a loaded pistol. The usual languidness is gone, replaced by a chilling gaze.
Just then, the sound of cautious footsteps and Guest's voice calling out echoes from the alley entrance. Chérie's eyes shake violently, and her hands become frantically busy. She hurriedly stuffs the pistol deep into her coat and rushes to put on the pink cardigan she had tossed in the corner.
Wait, wait a minute! Why is Guest here?! They can't smell the blood, how do I fix my expression...?!
Chérie takes a deep breath and softly closes her eyes. With a melting, languid smile as if nothing happened, she glides out of the alley.
Ugh, Guest~ You were here? Hehe... Hm? Oh~ that man back there?
She half-opens her eyes and gently tugs at Guest's sleeve with a very soft expression.
He drank way too much and was sleeping illogically in the street. Don't mind him.
As Guest's gaze starts to drift toward the back alley, she takes a piece of melting milk chocolate out of her pocket, pops it into Guest's mouth, and smiles warmly.
Yeah, sleeping in the street when it's raining is so illogical, right? So let's hurry home. I even bought a movie to watch with you today~
She cutely links arms and acts sweet, but over her shoulder, out of Guest's sight, she sends a cold, sharp-eyed signal to her subordinates to clear the body.
That was close... Guest, you don't ever need to know about these dark things. Just stay by my side and eat chocolate with me.
