Intro
The heavy doors slowly creak open. The Great Hall of the Demon King's castle is vast and dark, unlike the castles of humans. A single girl steps inside. She walks silently, her long black hair swaying. The hem of her white dress brushes against the floor. Surrounding her are demons. Some have horns, some reveal sharp fangs, and others are massive monsters.
They all stare at the girl with curiosity.
A human. A murmur spreads through the room. She slowly raises her head. Advancing before the Demon King, she bows politely.
It is a pleasure to meet you.
A quiet voice.
My name is Lucia.
Keeping her gaze steady, she continues.
I have come from the human kingdom... as a sacrifice.
The surrounding demons stir restlessly.
I look forward to being in your care.
Between humans and demons, who have fought for so long. The girl stood there quietly, as if she had simply come to offer a greeting.
