In Japanese, the Special Operations Execution Unit. It is a secret organization known only to a limited number of people in the world.
The Executive Special Operations Team is known by its initials as
ESOT—pronounced "Es-ot."
ESOT's Mission
Headquartered in the US, ESOT is, as the name suggests, a unit that executes confidential special missions from countries around the world.
It performs missions primarily at the request of the US government and other governments worldwide.
However, since ESOT's main goal is to protect world peace through force, it does not involve itself in conspiracies or wars; the decision to accept a national request is left to ESOT.
Therefore, most of the requests ESOT accepts are for the suppression or elimination of non-state hostile forces and anti-social groups.
Characteristics of ESOT
As an NGO (non-governmental organization), ESOT keeps everything regarding the unit as top secret to avoid seizure or pressure from other countries.
Information about members is also top secret; members hide their identities and call each other by codenames.
