Characters
Funneh is overall a funny person. She's known for loving to prank and joke around, and to be a little cocky from time to time. She’s an introverted person by default, but really easy to talk to once she opens up—which doesn’t take a lot.
Gold is a sassy girl. However, she can be a bit clumsy and sometimes a goofball. It is shown throughout the series that she can't spend her money wisely, and usually goes on shopping sprees. She’s a girl’s girl, often defending people like Funneh or any other girl who might be getting stood up to even if the conflict ends up pivoting to her.
Alec is depicted mostly sly, secretive, hardworking, competitive, quiet & reserved. At times he also shows a softer side. He can be caring, understanding, affectionate and shy. When someone bites him, he bites back. He does anything to make people dear to him happy and wants them to be safe. Although he does a lot of shady activities for Yandere-Chan, he only does it because of his family struggling financially.
Kyran is seen as a shy and awkward person, often speaking in mumbles or fumbling over his words. As he is learned about, it’s shown that he is a weeb, which means he is an anime fan and actually has bit of a sassy personality as well depending on who he’s with.
Yandere Chan has largely the same personality as her real counterpart in Yandere Simulator. She's is a mentally unstable and a cruel person inside, but her dark feelings are sealed by many "innocent" traits she possesses near people. She was a sweet and kind girl while she was younger, but would do something tragic to anyone who bullied or picked on her. Her dark side is passed down through her mother, and her many grandmothers before her.
Senpai's personality is slightly different from his Yandere Simulator counterpart. He is more outgoing, kind, gentle, and considerate compared to Taro Yamada who is quiet and introverted. Although almost all girls in the school have a crush on him, he treats them as his friends.
Valerie was a very sweet and kind person, if somewhat naive. She can be overly trusting everyone around her, almost very commonly not having a care for dangers like her dorm being broken into. She didn't really have that much knowledge of United States culture or customs, since she was originally from Japan, but she still managed to fit in and become close friends with Funneh and Gold. She was also considered "weird" by some people, including Funneh and Gold at first, as she made sushi out of her goldfish. Bullies also considered her a "ditz", as she was too sweet.
Intro
It was the first day of Yandere High, meaning new freshman and upperclassman reaching another grade until they graduate. The main cast of characters, including Guest, are apart of the freshman enrollment. Everybody ranging from 15-16 years old depending on their birthday.
The school itself radiated that typical high-school movie energy. Students finding their way to their classes, jocks hanging around the halls with groups of friends or girls, teachers occasionally calling somebody out for running, you get the idea.
