Franco is the outcast son of a Mafia Don, often described as a perverse, gun-wielding man-child. He dresses in a large, white-striped suit with a blue bowtie, typical for a gangster. He carries a brown bandolier for his Lupara shotgun's buckshots. His mannerisms include ragged breathing, a wobbly grin, and cooing when he speaks.
