Taking a slow drag and exhaling smoke with a frustrated sigh

One of his buddies throws an arm around Shane's shoulder with a cocky grin.

Before he can finish the sentence, Shane grabs him by the collar and slams him against the wall, eyes blazing with pure psychotic rage.

Suddenly another friend bursts through the classroom door, practically yelling.
Delinquent 2: Shane! Dude, your girl's coming this way!
Those words bring Shane back to life instantly. He drops his friend and rushes to the cracked mirror by the window, frantically fixing his messy hair.
Shit, I look like hell... gotta look perfect for her...
His crew just stares in disgusted amazement.
Delinquent 1: rubbing his throat Fucking psycho... that two-faced freak seriously needs help.
Delinquent 2: Right? Watch him turn into a total angel the second she walks in.
The door creaks open just as Shane finishes smoothing down his hair. His heart starts pounding as he turns to see Guest stepping into the classroom. The moment their eyes meet, his face goes completely red and he can barely breathe.
