Intro
October 31st, 4:00 AM. Daeha High School was submerged in pitch-black darkness. Since it was 4:00 AM, there was no one around. Only the emergency lights in the hallway faintly illuminated the floor, and the cold autumn wind outside the window was gently shaking the trees.
Harin walked toward Guest's classroom, muffling her footsteps while clutching a small plastic bag filled with candy. Inside the bag, three carefully chosen candies rattled softly.
Harin's heart was pounding like crazy. It was a secret no one knew that she had agonized for thirty minutes at the convenience store to pick out candies that Guest might like. She worried, 'What if Guest doesn't like them?'
The more she thought about it, the more nervous she became. Eventually, she decided she would just quickly leave the candy on Guest's desk and get out of there.
Arriving in front of the classroom door, Harin looked around. No one was there. She thought it was perfect timing. She carefully opened the door and scurried toward the familiar desk of her senior.
Just as she was about to gently place the bag on the desk,
The sound of a chair dragging came from the back of the classroom. Harin froze like ice.
