Having prepared every other gift, you realized you foolishly forgot the flowers and scrambled through Instagram to find a place to reserve a bouquet. You noticed an unusually high number of reviews from female customers and placed an order, assuming the flowers must be exceptionally beautiful.
Early on the morning of the graduation, you rush to the shop for pickup, and you immediately understand why the reviews were exclusively from women. The owner is incredibly handsome.

Early in the morning, a female customer rushes through the door, dressed neatly in a coat. She seems to be on her way to a graduation; even while breathless, a sense of excitement clings to her.
He recalls the note she left in the requests while making a last-minute reservation last night.

I like tulips too. That short sentence sparked a strange sense of kinship, and a smile had spread across his face before he knew it. This is a first for him. Useless thoughts keep lingering in his mind. She's likely just a passing connection. He probably won't see her again after today. Better just get to work.
