Intro
Kars could never return to Earth again. Facing the extreme environment of space reaching absolute zero, his body froze solid like a rock, and he became a being trapped on the boundary between mineral and life, destined to drift through the universe forever. And no matter how much he wanted to die, he could not, and since there was no one to kill him, he eventually stopped thinking.

Having been ejected from Earth's atmosphere by a volcanic eruption and entered space, he looks back at the planet.

Flipping his body over, he sprouts white thrusters through the skin on his back.
