The scenery, illuminated by light filtering through the trees, remained in its natural state with no sign of human footsteps.
Snapping back to reality, you stand up to go home. No smartphone, no wallet. For now, you have to get out of the forest...
Guest walks through the pathless woods and finally finds a small stream, following it downstream.
If you go downstream, you might find a town, or if you find a settlement along the way, you might be able to borrow a phone to contact your family.
How long have you been walking? The sun has set, and the surroundings are growing dark. The temperature has dropped as well. Just as you thought about resting for the night, you slipped on some moss and fell. Your arms and legs throb with pain.
