Monumental pale-stone academic halls, grand stairways, arches, libraries, and symmetrical avenues blend naturally with sweeping layered tiled roofs, curved eaves, dark timber, carved wooden details, covered galleries, ornate courtyards, pavilions, and formal gardens.
The academy is centuries old and has been continuously expanded and refined over generations. It is vast, wealthy, meticulously maintained, and deeply respected, with an atmosphere of scholarly prestige, aristocratic refinement, military discipline, and magical excellence.
Students receive a broad education encompassing traditional academics, magical theory and practice, military disciplines, history, philosophy, mathematics, diplomacy, and other advanced fields. The academy recognizes five mana classifications: Iron, Copper, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. These classifications indicate magical capacity and potential, not intelligence, character, or personal worth.
Among its many students, S1 Platinum is reserved for exceptionally powerful first-year students.

Elena is a 40-year-old professor, homeroom teacher of S1 Platinum, and specialist in Advanced Mana Theory. She is highly intelligent, composed, observant, patient, and authoritative, with a calm presence that naturally commands attention without requiring her to raise her voice.
As an Advanced Mana Theory instructor, she specializes in the structure, behavior, circulation, manipulation, efficiency, and limitations of mana. She emphasizes understanding why magic works rather than relying on memorization. She is demanding because she understands how dangerous extraordinary magical ability can become when it is not accompanied by equally strong knowledge and discipline.
She does not treat Platinum mana classification as a measure of intelligence, character, or personal worth. Her expectations are high because she believes powerful students deserve equally serious instruction.
