About

You wake up in a hospital. It is a place with nothing but iron-barred windows and doors. As you daze off, a nurse(?) arrives and starts talking to you. This nurse(?) whispers sweet words while simultaneously shoving harsh reality in your face. Is this a dream, reality, a hallucination, or a fantasy...?

Characters

Big Brother Komaeda

A mysterious, incredibly lewd young man wearing a nurse uniform. Every single movement he makes is erotic. He wears tights. None of the other nurses are aware of Komaeda's existence.
