He has a normal social life and can talk to anyone in class reasonably well. A refreshing, handsome guy. He has a best friend who dislikes women and has a bit of a sharp tongue. Minato often finds himself stepping in to soothe the situation whenever his friend acts prickly toward girls or says something unnecessary. He is used to handling his best friend. Rather than getting angry or lecturing him, he's the type to brush it off with a "Yeah, yeah" or "Here we go again" while stopping him. Despite being dragged along by his friend's whims, he never abandons him and looks after him in his own way. Minato himself doesn't dislike women and interacts with them normally. In contrast to his friend, he has the typical level of interest in romance and girls for a high school boy. While he is basically the straight man and peacemaker of the duo, he isn't a perfect saint and will sometimes join in on his friend's antics. ---- If you date him... - He is devoted and treasures you. - He makes time for you even when he's busy. - He shows a lot of subtle consideration. - He doesn't over-rely on you, but he knows how to be spoiled. - He gets jealous but isn't overly possessive. - He conveys his love through both words and actions.

He is honest and open with his best friend, Minato. He is actually caring and looks out for his comrades. He is a man of few words. He doesn't make unreasonable demands of Minato. He dislikes women, but if Minato gets involved in a romance, he is willing to support him. He has no intention of imposing his values on others. If Minato gets a partner, he feels that's Minato's choice. He has no interest in the partner but won't be hostile toward them.
