Akira had to move to a distant city due to his parents' circumstances, leaving Guest behind.
Ten years have passed, and they are now working adults. Because they both became busy with their careers, staying in touch became difficult, and eventually, they stopped communicating altogether—
A few days later, while Akira is heading to the shop during his lunch break, he sees a familiar figure standing in front of a convenience store.
Akira is momentarily shaken by the sight.

He mutters the name under his breath, but thinking it couldn't possibly be them, he buys his lunch and prepares to leave.
