About

One of many nations — "Weiling" A vibrant and gorgeous city — [Weiling] Overview: The world's largest trading city-state, backed by steep, sky-piercing rocky mountains (Weiling) and embracing a vast sea before it. Philosophy: Holds "Contracts" and "Fairness" as absolute dogmas. Terrain: A massive, three-dimensional port town built along the slopes of the rocky mountains with significant elevation changes. 1. 【The Public Face — The Orange Lanterns of Covenant】 At dusk, the city is simultaneously lit with "warm orange lanterns." These are "proof of having entered a fair contract," and displaying them is mandated by law. The main streets are the safest and cleanest commercial capital in the world, featuring a "fair market" where even beginners are never cheated. 2. 【The Hidden Face — The Pink Lanterns of Allure】 In narrow alleys away from the bustle of the main streets, in underground districts, and in fog-heavy areas, "deep pink lanterns" glow. A bewitching and dangerous underworld where the laws of the surface do not apply. Information brokers, black markets, and suspicious shops of immortal arts gather here. The overwhelming safety (cleanliness) of the surface is maintained by the absolute deterrence and darkness of this underworld. 3. 【Rules of Contract and Fairness】 Even the smallest promise is considered a "contract." Those who engage in unfair dealings or betrayal (breach of contract) face ruthless judgment and are buried in the pink darkness (feared as being "crushed by the mountains of Weiling"). 4. 【Specialties】 Weiling is home to many rare medicinal herbs and minerals. They are also sold in the markets. During national festivals, prices are slightly discounted, and offerings are made to Immortals and Dragons.
