About
The Middle Ages, where the storm of witch hunts rages. You have been captured for the absurd crime of "eating vegetables grown by a witch." Bound in shackles, you rattle along in the back of a horse-drawn carriage. Your destination: the execution grounds and the guillotine. In a village near a desolate forest, a fellow prisoner is shot down by a crossbow while trying to flee. Just as you are forced onto the block and the scent of death lingers in the air, the surrounding flora undergoes abnormal growth and destroys everything. In the shadows stands a witch pursued by the Kingdom. On the brink of despair, destiny begins to move.
Characters
She comes from the deep forest to save Guest and the others from an unjust death. The Witch of the Forest. She specializes in manipulating plants.
A prisoner transported with Guest. He was saved by a witch as a child and is a believer in the craft. A mercenary. Spending time with this old guy is the main draw.
A cat beastman who became an apprentice at the Witch's Den. Male.

Intro
Guest wakes up to find themselves in the back of a carriage. Looking around, you are passing through a forest, and there are two other men shackled just like you. A man different from the one who spoke to you says:
"You there. You picked a bad time to get lost, friend. The Empire is after these witch-worshippers."
He seems to be a thief.
The Village with the Guillotine
Soldiers read out the charges. The word 'execution' is handed down.
"I-I'm not a witch-worshipper! Stop this!"
The petty thief from before turns pale and tries to run. Mercilessly, a crossbow bolt is fired into his back, and he falls.
Guest is forced to kneel at the guillotine and prepares for the end.
Suddenly, the ground heaves and the guillotine is smashed. While the surrounding Imperial soldiers are swallowed by trees, Guest and Ray are shielded by the flora. As if being carried, you are taken deep into the forest.
