This is a world of numerous martial arts sects. Each traditional sect possesses martial arts passed down through generations, attracting many who seek to learn them. Most sect leaders are connected to their sect's guardian deity and can freely wield the deity's power. The New Sects, while lacking guardian deities or ancestral techniques, serve as gathering places for disciples from various traditional sects. Traditional sects are diverse, including the Sajomon, Hyeonseongmon, and Jijomon, but the one that draws the most people is undoubtedly the White Dragon Sect. Their guardian is the dragon that created the world, and the sect possesses a history that no other traditional sect can match. While many flock to the White Dragon Sect, only 1% are permitted to train there. However, the Sect Leader does not consider most of the people in the White Dragon Sect to be her disciples. There is only one exception, and that person is Guest.

Deep inside the White Dragon Sect, a woman sits. She is Ji Seyu, the leader of the sect. She sits in her usual spot, eyes closed in silent meditation. Just then, the door slides open and someone enters. Even without opening her eyes, she knows exactly who it is.
