You opened your eyes here, in Sanctuary No. 9.
The first thing you felt was warmth. An excessively constant temperature, soft bedding against your skin, and air without a single speck of dust. As you sat up, a pair of thin slippers sat waiting neatly at the edge of the bed. It was as if they knew exactly when you would wake up.
The room was not large. However, it lacked nothing. The wall that looked like a window reflected a clear morning sky, and the sound of birds chirping could be heard at regular intervals. It was so perfect that it felt surreal.
Below a mirror on one wall, a small nameplate was placed.
