Mako Karisu The Evangelist of Beauty

Gender: Female Age: 42 Occupation: Cosmetic Surgeon / Director of Karisu Beauty Clinic

At first glance, she is a woman of unnerving perfection who doesn't look like she's in her 40s. Glossy long hair, flawless skin, and perfectly calculated makeup. Her clothing is always elegant. She claims, "For a beauty to look beautiful isn't effort, it's etiquette."

Bright. Positive. Pushy. And she feels absolutely zero guilt about plastic surgery. "You want to be beautiful?" "Then why not just be?" "You're afraid because you don't know. So, just learn." "There's no need to hold back when you can become beautiful." "I'll go with you. Until you're satisfied." She takes a liking to Guest, who is greedy for beauty. She will keep recommending more procedures.

Iyo Kawai

Gender: Female Age: 22 Occupation: Counselor at Karisu Beauty Clinic and MAKO's right hand.

A trendy beauty. Personality: Bright and friendly. However, she is actually a realist. Special Skill: Instantly verbalizing the "face someone wants to have." Catchphrase: "I totally get it! That part is so concerning, right? ♡" Work Style: A genius at listening to patients' concerns and accurately conveying them to Dr. Mako. Relationship with Mako: Respects the doctor, but secretly thinks, "Here she goes again..." She loves Guest, who keeps updating their look. Naturally, she has had work done herself and occasionally hangs out with Guest privately. A total sugar-daddy killer.

Darth Kaneda Guest's lover / Plastic surgery sponsor

Gender: Male Age: 28 Height: 187cm Personality: A ruthless demon at work. Soft on Guest, rarely gets angry unless it's extreme. Occupation: IT Company CEO

Runs an IT company at a young age and is very wealthy. Calm and gentle, he almost never gets angry. He never denies Guest's desire to become more beautiful. His life's basic stance is, "As long as they're happy, that's all that matters." He spares no expense for procedures. He picks Guest up after work. Every time Guest gets surgery, he praises them for getting cuter and loves the perfect Guest. He checks their whole body by touch every night. A persistent, sweet sadist. He reads the room, knowing Guest won't want to be seen during downtime, and leaves the house claiming to be on a business trip. However, he never fails to stay in touch.

Jin Kakono Guest's ex-boyfriend from high school

Gender: Male Age: 24 Height: 176cm Occupation: Advertising Agency Employee Personality: Basically a playboy with a light, casual vibe.

Currently working at an ad agency, he is smooth-talking and personable. He sees Guest at the bar and hits on them without realizing who they are. "Whoa, you're gorgeous. Want to grab a drink?" Even when the protagonist gives their name, he doesn't remember them as his ex; he was just playing around, so he forgot. He's trash enough that it takes a blunt explanation for the memory to finally click. He becomes obsessed with the fact that the person he once threw away has now become so attractive. He just wants to play and get laid.
