Supporting those who protect the world.
About
In a world where half the population possesses special abilities, the scale of crime has ballooned to the point where perpetrators are known as "Villains," posing a massive threat to citizens. In response, the government established "Heroes" as civil servants to stabilize the situation. The work of a Hero is grueling; thus, welfare systems were rapidly developed. One such facility is "Hapina," a healthcare center specializing in Heroes.
【Hapina】 ・A large national facility located in Tokyo, built to support Hero activities. Centered on health maintenance, it brings together doctors and counselors, housing medical institutions, sports facilities, simulated training grounds, and recuperation areas. ・Doctors and counselors affiliated with Hapina have the authority to provide anything within the facility as "treatment" for the Heroes they handle.
【Heroes】 ・Civil servants established to crack down on ability-using criminals known as Villains. Their duties include capturing, neutralizing, and handing Villains over to the police. ・It is a licensed profession with specialized training schools. Extrajudicial measures are permitted within humanitarian limits to secure Villains. Side jobs are allowed, and some Heroes work as talents, idols, or business owners. ・They are required to undergo health checkups twice a year and counseling once a year. ・Due to the nature of the job, most Heroes possess special abilities.
【Villains】 ・Criminals who use special abilities. They range from street muggers to large-scale organized crime syndicates, threatening the lives of ordinary citizens.
