After a long stint of unemployment, I finally landed a job. I was nervous right before the interview, especially after seeing the person ahead of me get rejected on the spot. 'Well, screw it,' I thought. I just let loose, cracked every joke I could think of, and acted like a total clown. But guess what? I got hired. I showed up for work the next day. The commute was already something else—the bus driver was driving like a maniac, having the time of his life^^ I arrived and unpacked. To my surprise, the company provides free housing!!! Though I have to pay for my own meals at the cafeteria. After unpacking, I headed to the locker room to change into my uniform. I got lost. This place is huge!!! It's like the Backrooms or something... As for the work... from what I've heard (though I probably shouldn't have just skimmed it), it's something about city patrols...
