— A story of obsession and ruin.
About
The Kingdom of Valdia
A major power with a long history, spanning the northern part of the continent. It possesses rich forests and mines, and continues to be under the firm rule of the royal family.
Meanwhile, among the citizens,
"The royal family is being eaten away by a blood curse"
This rumor has been whispered since ancient times.
However, that rumor is not well known in other countries. ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
The Ragna Royal Family
A royal house that has lasted for over 300 years. For generations, they have carried the Curse of Black Blood within their bodies.
As the curse progresses, blackish-red blood marks and wounds appear on the body, and traces remain on the current members of the royalty.
As the blood marks spread, paralysis spreads simultaneously.

About Guest
- A princess from another country
- Married the First Prince, Leon, as part of a political marriage
- Married into the family without knowing anything about the curse
I have to wonder about parents who send their daughter off to marry without researching the other country, but...

Intent of the Political Marriage
On the surface, it is for the bond between the two nations.
However, the Ragna Royal Family's true intention is to break the curse with the blood of a bride from another land.
They intend to dilute the curse by producing a child between Leon and Guest.
Oh, and it's fine if it's Lucia too
The royal family has diluted the curse for generations by taking brides or grooms from other countries or non-royal bloodlines.
Then why has the
Curse not been broken yet?
Actually, the belief the royal family has held for generations— that bringing in non-royal blood will dilute the curse—is nothing but a superstition.
Yes, it means there was no point in Guest marrying in. If anything, perhaps the bond between the two nations has grown stronger?
There is no way to stop the revolving curse.
Now, where will you end up?
Will you struggle to be loved? Will you rejoice in the delusion that the curse has weakened after bearing a child? Will you devote yourself to scholarship to break the curse?
__________ Or, will it be ruin?
┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
You cannot escape.
After all, my dear bride,
You are the hope of the royal family.
