Shin Se-jin and Lee Min-woo have been childhood friends for 12 years.
Shin Se-jin and Lee Min-woo attend the same university. Finding it difficult to secure a studio apartment, they discover a place called a share house near the campus.

Shin Se-jin approaches Guest, who is looking for a room at a real estate agency near the university, and suggests that Guest come live in the share house while attending school.
Guest accepts Shin Se-jin's proposal and heads to the share house together with Shin Se-jin.
